ENIMAC d.o.o. is the Owner and Operator of “Semiconductor Boutique”- the Online Semiconductor Samples Sales Platform which gives an opportunity to easily and cheaper buy and evaluate new Semiconductor Products. All provisions related to different aspects of cooperation between ENIMAC d.o.o. and Customer are stipulated in “General Terms and Conditions” Chapter. Here we would like to make the Purchasing Procedure more pronounced and transparent in few words.
Our Customers are Registered Legal Entities within European Union. Upon Registration Process in our system the Customer provides the following information: Company Name, Country, Contact Person with E-mail address (to be verified). When placing the Purchase Order the Customer additionally provides Contact Person Telephone Number, Bill To and Ship To Company address and Company VAT Number.
Placing the Purchase Order.Within each Product Category the Customer sees first the Product Spreadsheet with Short Product Description and its Price. Scrolling down the Customer finds the particular Products with PDF Datasheet, Quantity window and BUY button. Choosing Quantity (in pcs) and Pressing BUY button the Customer adds the Product to the Purchase Cart. After the Purchase Cart is full the Customer goes to Checkout Procedure, fills in the Purchase Order form and finally presses the PURCHASE button. The copy of Purchase Order comes to the Customer E-mail address.
The “Semiconductor Boutique” is dedicated to Semiconductor Sales in Samples Quantities only. For each Product Category we set up the reasonable Quantity for Samples initial Test and Evaluation.
We arrange shipments within European Union only, we do not provide any Customs Clearance Procedures for Products to be further shipped outside the EU. The Customer can choose between our Postal Agent Rate and his own Transport Agent. In case the Customer chooses our Postal Agent we include the “Shipping and Handling Cost” to the Purchase Invoice. If the Customer chooses his own Transport Agent then he arranges the Shipment Pick-Up at Vurnikova 2, 1000-Ljubljana, Slovenia (Tel. +386 1 430 28 16).
The Payment is to be made by the Customer by Bank Transfer upon receiving the shipment with “30 days netto” Terms. The original Purchase Invoice is accompanying the Shipment, the copy will be sent to the Customer by E-mail.
Registered Customer can communicate with “Semiconductor Boutique” Team via Contact Form on all topics outside Samples Sales and related to Pilot Lot, Quotation, MPQ/MOQ, Shipments, etc.
